CANCELLATION: You may cancel at any time; however your booking fee/deposit is non-refundable. To cancel, please email Jennifer directly, or submit the request in writing. If there are any changes regarding the number of services needed a month prior/within, a cancellation/additional fee will be included in the final balance.

BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT: A booking fee/deposit of 25% is due no later than two weeks prior to the event and will be applied to the total outstanding balance. In the event of cancellation this fee is non-refundable.

ASSISTANTS: Assistant stylists can be booked upon request, or as the event time-frame requires, at a rate of $75/assistant. Assistant stylists will be required for events booked with more than four services, unless otherwise discussed.

TRAVEL: A travel fee ($0.65/mile) will be charged for locations 20+ miles from Costa Mesa. All toll/parking fees are the responsibility of the client, and must be paid in full with final payment.

ALLERGIES: Any allergies or skin conditions must be noted in writing prior to event. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed that the stylist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or compensation of any kind resulting from adverse reaction to products used.

PHOTOGRAPHY: By accepting services, individuals grant full usage rights of photographs taken during (or after) services provided by Beauty Crave By Jennifer Mau for marketing purposes. Should the client wish to decline, please let stylist know.
